Academic sessions: 4 classroom or online theory sessions
Pool/confined water sessions: 2 water sessions focused on dolphin kick mechanics and drills
Open water sessions: 2 open water training dives

The course does not include boat fee for freediving openwater training.
For short notice(1 Week) please contact us directly via phone call. Availability of the instructor are limited.
If you do not meet the requirements, we would issue you with the highest qualification according to your performance and instructor disgression.
No refund in any cercumstances.
In the case that you cannot complete the course within the stated duration, additional training are not included in the course thus fee additional fee is required.
