about the course
Learn all the basic of freediving both in the pool and openwater. Freediving level 1 offer all there is of fundamental of freediving both in the pool and openwater. Complete pool and openwater skills and requirements to be certified Freediver Level 1.

Pool Requirements
- Dynamic Dive 30 Meters
- Arm-Stroke Only Dynamic 15 Meters
Open Water Requirements
- Constant Weight Dive 10 Meters
- Arm-Only Ascent 10 Meters
- Ascent without a Mask 10 Meters
- Blackout Rescue 10 Meters
